Return Policy

Returns: We will accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns on items over 30 days old under any circumstance.
 
Returned items must be sent freight prepaid along with the Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without an RMA may not be accepted. 

Returned parts that are regular Stocking parts within the first 15 Days will NOT have a restock fee accessed. After 15 Days, returns of any kind on all of our products (e.g. in-stock parts, back ordered parts or special order) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If we are able to switch out an incorrect part for a correct part you will not be charged a restocking fee.
 
Special order items that have not been delivered yet, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Obsolete items or items not in resalable condition will be refused. Item must be returned in the original packaging. A manufacturer's warranty may be used to address certain issues in lieu of a return.

Damaged Items: If your items were damaged in shipping. You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item. You will be required to send us pictures of the damaged item. You then must file a claim with the shipping company that damaged the item. Once the claim has been filed contact us with the claim number and that will allow us to work on a replacement part. After 30 days no refunds or returns will be allowed on damaged unsaleable parts.

 
Your Refund payment will be refunded back using the method of payment you used.
 
Returns may take up to 1 to 2 days to process.
 

Special order Items:  Items ordered through our Parts Diagrams, Hydraulic Parts, Hydraulic Pumps, Engines, Short Blocks, Decks, Belts, Tracks, Velkes , Fuel Related items, installed Items and electrical items are not returnable under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or charge a 25% processing charge for any return.
Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Please mark package clearly with the RMA number written on the outside.
