Our parent company, Turf Depot, operates four storefronts serving New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and southern Maine. Granz Power Equipment in Salem, NH and Still’s Power Equipment in Manchester, NH have been in business for over 75 years. Our success is driven by our loyal customers and committed employees.
Our brick and mortar stores sell all of the major brands including Exmark, Cub Cadet, Scag, Walker, Wright, Toro, Ariens, Simplicity, Echo, Stihl, Billy Goat, Ferris, and Snapper Pro – just to name a few. This means our ProParts customers have the ability to buy genuine OEM or Aftermarket replacement parts for their equipment.
Since 1996, ProParts Direct® has printed a 250 page catalog that is a staple for commercial landscapers all over the country. Turf Depot originally started out as Granz Power Equipment and Stills Power Equipment. Both locations operated independently for years. Granz since 1936 and Stills since 1947. As times and changes occurred in the industry both stores saw great success and growth through customer service.
Many staff members have been with each location for over 10 years. Some being with us for 32 years. Allowing us to have a deep and vast knowledge of our industry.
In 2007 owners Bruce Yennaco (Granz) and Joe Chevalier (Stills) partnered, leading the way for further growth and allowing us to serve our customers better by being able to give them access to more products, reduce down time on service issues and reduce down time with more available parts on the shelf.
In 2010 we added a call center and staffed it with our top Commercial Parts personnel. Utilizing over 50 years of experience our call center boasts real world “in the field” experience. Our parts professionals can answer anything from parts replacement to when to seed.
In 2013 we updated our warehouse and shipping area to accommodate our growth, provide quicker ship times and shipping accuracy. ProParts® Direct is committed to providing accurate shipping information.
In April of 2015 we launched a brand new, mobile friendly website. Designed from the ground up, our new site contains many lawn-care specific enhancements including: bulk discounts, aftermarket alternative parts, and a mobile friendly design. Much like our friends at Gourmet Gift Baskets, we look to continue our entrepreneurial family spirit with the release of the all new, ProPartsDirect.net.
