This is my first order with the company so I was nervous it would be wrong or a p.o.s. because it was the cheapest online, including Ebay. The part arrived very quickly and nicely packaged and it is EXACTLY what I was ordering. It is brand new, assembled nicely and seems very durable because of the good quality material from which it is made. Definitely purchase this if you are looking for the lower boom assembly for a TroyBilt TB32EC. Also, it is only the lower boom assembly; it doesn't come with the head or brush guard or anything like that. It IS the complete assembly, plug-n-play
