Once you have placed an order with us, you will get an automatic email confirming the parts you ordered and the amount you paid. If the order is able to be shipped complete, the next email from us will be the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You may also get an email with a more detailed shipping timeline. If the order requires us to get in some parts to fulfill the order you will get an email with an estimated ship date. If you place an order and the part is no longer available or the part is no longer available and can be replaced you will get an email at first followed up by a phone call to ensure proper replacement.
